SwagUp REFERRAL PROGRAMTERMS AND CONDITIONS SwagUp, Inc. (“SwagUp” or “We”) offers you (“Referrer” or “You”) the opportunity to take part in our referral program (the “Program”) and earn awards by referring prospective customers (“Prospective Customer”) to SwagUp. These Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) apply to Your participation in the Program and may be amended by SwagUp from time to time. By participating in the Program You agree to these Terms in their entirety and confirm that participation in the Program does not violate or breach any law, regulation, policy or contractual obligation that apply to You. If You do not agree to any and all terms herein, or are otherwise precluded from participating in the Program, do not take part in the Program.1.  Eligibility.In order to participate in the Program and qualify for an award You must provide a currently in use company/work email for yourself and a Prospective Customer’s currently in use company/work email address.SwagUp will only accept referrals through its designated Referral page (the “Page”), of Prospective Customers who have never placed an order with SwagUp and are not currently customers of, or in negotiations with, SwagUp. SwagUp reserves the right not to provide services to any Prospective Customer.In the event a Prospective Customer is referred by more than one participant, whoever was first to submit the referral for such Prospective Customer would be eligible for a reward under the Program.Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, SwagUp reserves the right to disqualify any referral, if we find, at our discretion, that the referral is detrimental to SwagUp.2.  Program Rewards.In the event the Prospective Customer places its 1st SwagUp order in an amount of $2,000.00 or greater exclusive of shipping fees and taxes (the “Order”), You and the Prospective Customer will receive gift cards in the amount of $250.00 within thirty (30) days of receipt of payment from any Order.SwagUp will deliver the awards, or notify you about how to obtain your award, to the email addresses provided by You via the Page.
